This revision petition has been filed against the order of
Special Judge,Essential Commodities Act, Balotra dated 3.8.1993 by which among others charges against the petitioner have been framed u/s. 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act and u/s.411/34 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
After framing of charges trial has commenced and statements of three witnesses have been recorded by the trial court.
The witnesses Gafoor, Kundanmal and Mohandas have named the petitioner in their statements recorded u/s 161 Cr.P.C. and in view of this, it cannot be said that the charge against the petitioner is groundless. There is no ground for interference.
The revision petition stands dismissed accordingly.
