Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the bail application filed under Sec.439

Cr.P.C., however, seeks a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial of the case.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant bail application filed under section 439

Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case.
