Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The appellant will pay the decretal amount within one month and will continue to pay the amount which is payable per month. In case of three consecutive failures, the stay order will automatically stand vacated.

Pending final decision of the appeal, the dispossession is stayed.

With these observations, the stay application is disposed of.
