NARAYAN SINGH v STATE - CRLMB Case No. 4815 of 2007 RD-RJ 4909 (3 October 2007)
S.B.Cr.Misc. Bail Appl. NO.4815/2007
( Narain Singh vs. State of Rajasthan)
Date of order : October 03, 2007
Mr.Dhirendra Singh, for the petitioner.
Mr.Vishal Raj Mehta, P.P. for the State.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public
Prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned and the police investigation diary.
Keeping in view the allegations against the petitioner, in my view, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would surrender before the police and concerned
Investigating Officer may be directed to produce him before the concerned Court on the very day.
In this view of the matter, let the petitioner surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer in early hours of the day and the concerned Investigating Officer shall produce the petitioner before the Court on the same day.
The bail application filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
