Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant bail application, however, he submits that the petitioner would surrender before the police and concerned Investigating Officer may be directed to produce him before the concerned Court on the very day.
The bail application filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C. is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned
Investigating Officer in early hours of the day and the concerned Investigating Officer shall produce the petitioner before the Court on the same day.
