The bail application filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C. is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner may supply the documents to the

Investigating Officer. If such documents are supplied to the

Investigating Officer, the Investigating Officer shall investigate the matter accordingly.
