The instant bail application has been filed by petitioners through their counsel Mr.D.L.Rawla. In the bail application at
Note No.3, it has been written that "No such Bail filed previously". Now counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier a bail application has been filed, which was dismissed.
In this view of the matter, counsel wishes to withdraw the bail application with a liberty to file a second bail application before the appropriate Bench.
The bail application filed by the petitioners under section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
