MOHAN SINGH v SUKHA & ORS. - CSA Case No. 461 of 2006 [2007] RD-RJ 515 (24 January 2007)
S. B. Civil Second Appeal No.461/2006
(Mohan Singh v. Sukha & Others)
Date of Order: :: :24-01-2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAKASH TATIA
Mr.Pradeep Shah, for appellant.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
In a suit for damages, the trial Court decreed the suit of the plaintiff of Rs.9,000/- for general damages and of
Rs.21,000/- as special damages. The First Appellate Court reversed the finding. In view of the fact that only question of fact is involved which has been decided by the First Appellate
Court after appreciating the evidence available on record, I do not find any substantial question of law is involved in this appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
