Co. Vs. M/s. Patel Engineering Ltd. [AIR 2006 SC 450]. Thereafter, notices were issued by this court to the parties. Respondent is duly represented by his counsel. On last many occasions despite service, no one has appeared on behalf of applicant, it appears that he is not interested to pursue the application any further.
