Mr.M.K.Garg for the petitioner.

Mr.Ashok Upadhyaya, P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the bail application filed under Sec.439

Cr.P.C., however, seeks a liberty to file a fresh bail application after the challan is filed.

The bail application filed by the petitioner under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed with the liberty sought for.
