There is medical as well as oral evidence of the injured of nose cutting. In the circumstances, therefore, it cannot be said that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
The bail application filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C. is, therefore, dismissed.
