Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since after passing of the order dated 30.07.2007, the petitioner did make a representation to the Chairman, Board of Revenue for Rajasthan and the Board has proceeded to revoke his suspension order dated 16.06.2006 by an order issued on 09.08.2007. Learned counsel submits on instructions that the petitioner is not pressing for the other part of the relief claimed in this writ petition at this stage regarding quashing of the charge-sheet but then, the petitioner has a grievance regarding the quantum of subsistence allowance paid to him during suspension period regarding which the petitioner seeks to make a fresh representation and pursue his remedies in accordance with law and, therefore, the petitioner does not want to proceed with this writ petition any further but seeks liberty to take resort to other remedies in accordance with law. Permission granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
