Mr.Manish Shishodia, for the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order impugned.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.2 has filed a civil suit seeking declaration with regard to the land in dispute. An ad interim order has been passed in the civil suit and so far the land on which the wall alleged to have been erected belongs to the petitioner and not a public way or drainage.

Issue notice, returnable within six weeks.
