Instant petition has been filed only with the grievance that proceeding which was initiated u/s.145 Cr.P.C. on 23rd February, 1998 despite the matter has been riped up for hearing, the same has not been finally disposed of as yet. The order-sheets have also been placed on record which also justify that matter has been riped up for final hearing for sufficient long time, but still has not been disposed of.
Without going into merits of the matter at this stage, misc. petition is allowed and the
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Beawar Circle, Beawar is directed to dispose of pending proceeding u/s.145 Cr.P.C. expeditiously, but in no case later than three months from the date of communication of the order. [AJAY RASTOGI],J.
