The appeal of the accused against this very judgment has already been admitted being S.B. Cr.Appeal No. 575/2007.
In that view of the matter, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal to the State also. Accordingly, leave to appeal is granted. It be registered as regular appeal.
Attendance of the accused respondent be procured by bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- to appear before this Court on 20.12.2007.
