Jarnail Singh & Ors. vs
State of Rajasthan & Anr.
DATE OF ORDER : 1.2.2007
HON'BLE JUSTICE SHRI G.S. SARRAF
Shri MK Garg, for the petitioners.
Shri S.N. Tiwari, Public Prosecutor.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
Public Prosecutor and perused the judgment of Addl. Sessions
Judge, Sri Ganganagar dated 9.9.2006.
The names of the petitioners are there in the Parcha Bayan of the injured Baja Singh and PW-1 Baja Singh and PW-2 Veer
Singh also name the petitioners in their statements recorded by the trial court. In view of this and after considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no error or illegality in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Ganganagar. There is thus no merit in the revision petition petition.
The revision petition therefore stands dismissed at admission stage.
