The applicant seeks suspension of sentence for a brief with a view to attend the marriage of his nephew, scheduled to be held on 6.2.2007.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that the sentence of applicant Mool Chand @ Moola
Ram S/o Gourdhan Ram shall remain suspended for a period of 20 days on usual conditions provided that he executes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Anopgarh. The applicant shall surrender himself before the Superintendent, Central Jail,
Sriganganagar on or before 21.02.2007. The said conditions be incorporated in the bonds also.
