The applicant seeks suspension of sentence for a brief period on the ground that her father Sh. Kishan Lal has expired on 16.01.2007.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that the sentence of applicant Smt. Nirmla Verma
W/o Ved Prakash shall remain suspended for a period of 20 days on usual conditions provided that she executes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge
(Fast Track) No.1, Jodhpur. The applicant shall surrender herself before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jaipur on or before 21.02.2007. The said conditions be incorporated in the bonds also.
