S.B. Cr. Revision Petition No.15/2007
Jog Singh & Ors. vs
State of Rajasthan
DATE OF ORDER : 7.2.2007
HON'BLE JUSTICE SHRI G.S. SARRAF
Shri Shambhoo Singh]
Shri Sahdeo Ranawat],for the petitioners.
Shri S.N. Tiwari, Public Prosecutor.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
After hearing the submissions and after perusing the entire record of the case, I am of the opinion that there is evidence on record to establish a prima facie case against the petitioners under Sections 148, 323, 325, 325/149, 447 and 308 IPC. The charges framed against the petitioners cannot be said to be groundless. There is no merit in the revision petition.
The revision petition is therefore, dismissed at admission stage.
