After hearing learned counsel for the parties while rejecting the bail application, I deem it proper to pass following order :

The learned trial court shall first record statements of Farzana alias Tamana and Jamil. After recording of the statements of the above two witnesses, the applicant shall be free to move regular bail application before the learned trial court.

With above observation, the bail application stands rejected.
