By the instant civil misc. application, the petitioner seeks re-construction of the file.

Heard learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner State and others..

It is submitted that a writ petition was filed by the petitioner State and Others against the order dated 21.10.2002 passed by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Circuit

Bench, Jodhpur in Appeal No. 80/2001 filed by Mahipal Patidar.

The writ petition was filed on 24.9.2003 which was entered at

Inward No.10725 dated 24.9.2003 and thereafter the matter has not been listed before the Court and according to the learned

Deputy Government Advocate the file is not traceable.

In the circumstances, therefore, it is expedient to direct the Registry to reconstruct the file and list the matter before the Court on 14.3.2007. The petitioner shall make available the record of writ petition to the Dy.Registrar (Judicial).

The application is accordingly disposed of.
