Admit. Mr.K.Mahendran, learned Special Government Pleader on direction of this Court earlier had received instructions. With the consent of learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. The grievance of the petitioner is that his possession of the property detailed in the writ petition is likely to be interfered with by the respondents to lay Road on that property. The learned Special Government Pleader states that there is absolutely no proposal to lay a Road in the property detailed in the writ petition. This statement is enough protection to the petitioner. Recording the statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected WPMP is closed. sbi
