Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to absorb the petitioner permanently into the post of Block Engineer in Rural Development Department from the date of his appointment in the Highways Department carrying out the works of Rural Department continuously from the date of his appointment without affecting all the service benefits to the petitioner including promotion, seniority and attendant benefits.
