The above writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge dated 21.11.2003 made in W.P.No.33741 of 2003, in and by which, the learned Judge directed the Tahsildar, Dindigul, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2003 in accordance with law take a decision thereon on or before 20.01.2004.
2. It is brought to our notice that in view of the stay order passed by this Court in WAMP No.6206 of 2004, the third respondent-Tahsildar, Dindigul, has not passed order till this date.
3. Considering the controversy and dispute, we are of the view that ends of justice would be met by directing the Tahsildar, Dindigul, to pass an order as directed by the learned single Judge, after notice to the appellant-P.Muthuakshmi, first respondent-V.K.Raja as well as the fourth respondent-the Municipal Surveyor, Dindigul Municipality, Dindigul, if their presence is required, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ appeal is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, WAMP No.6206 of 2004 is closed.
