(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.SATHASIVAM, J.) The above writ appeal is directed against the order dated 18.04.2002 made in WPMP No.1726 of 2002 in W.P.No.13271 of 2002, in and by which, the learned single Judge, while granting interim injunction, has directed the petitioner therein to deposit a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The said amount relates to payment of Urban Land Tax.
