Till further order of the Court operation of award dated 15.2.2003 shall remained stayed provided the appellant deposits 1/4th of the amount of award before the Court below within three months. The claimants would be entitled to lift the amount without any security. The amount deposited here may be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
