This writ petition is against the order dated 11.3.2003 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal upholding the order refusing to offer compassionate appointment.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri HC Dubey counsel for the respondent. The Tribunal below has recorded finding that liability on the family is not so such as to offer compassionate appointment. We see no justification to interfere with the same. The writ petition has no merit. It is dismissed.
