Heard Sri Rajesh Pathik, Sri N.I.Zafri, learned counsel for the  applicant,  learned A.G.A and Sri Mukhtar Alam, learned counsel for complainant.

Co-accused Taslim has been granted bail by this Court  by order dated 5.9.2005. The case of the applicant Allahadin stands on similar footing.

Considering this, it is a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Allahdin  be  released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two  sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court, in Case Crime  No.901 of 2002, under Sections 302 I.P.C, Police Station Nehtor, District Bijnor
