1. Sri Agar Singh (the contesting respondent) was employed by the petitioner intermittently between 1991 to 1998. The contesting respondent filed an application before the Central  Administrative Tribunal for regularisation. This has been disposed of on 31.1.2002, hence the present writ petition.

2. We have heard Sri Satish Chaturvedi, counsel for the petitioner and Sri RK Nigam counsel for contesting respondent. By the impugned order the Tribunal has directed the petitioner to send the name of contesting respondent in any department where vacancies are in existence. No such general direction can be issued. However, the contesting  respondent may file a representation before the petitioner for appointment and in case there is any vacancy then the representation of the contesting respondent may be considered in accordance with law. This consideration may be done within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation before the petitioner. The contesting respondent may file  certified copy of this order, a self addressed duly stamped envelope, and other documents alongwith his representation. The petitioner after taking decision will inform the contesting respondent. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
