The case has been taken up in the revised list. Sri Radhey Shyam, counsel for the petitioner, is present. No one is present for the contesting respondent. Sri Radhey Shyam press the application for interim order and states that the respondents are dumping the garbage on the land in dispute in order to change the nature of the land in dispute.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, an interim mandamus is issued against the respondents not to change the nature of the land in dispute and not to dump the garbage on the land in dispute.  

For these reasons this writ petition is dismissed. The interim order dated 8.7.1999 is vacated. No order as to costs.
