Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The petitioner has challenged the impugned transfer order dated 4.2.2004  passed by respondent no.3 whereby he was transferred from Bangra to Jhansi.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that children of the petitioner are getting education at Vikas Khand   Bangra, Jhansi. He further submits that the trasfer order of the petitioner be stayed up to 30th April, 2004 as the children of the petitioner are in mid academic session and the transfer order will affect their studies.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the transfer order of the petitioner dated 4.2.2004 is stayed till 30th April, 2004 provided he gives an undertaking in writing that he shall join at his transferred place of posting on 1st May, 2004.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of. No order as to cost.
