One  Ali  Bux met with an accident on  26.5.2003. He died  in this accident . His parents had filed a   claim petition for  Rs. 4,80,000/-. This has been partly allowed on 13.9.2004 for Rs.2,68,500/-. Being dissatisfied  with the  amount the parents   filed  the present appeal.

The deceased was unmarried  and   claim petition has been filed  by his parents. The Tribunal   has  awarded a sum of Rs.2, 68,500/-.This is reasonable . No interference  is called for. The appeal is dismissed.
