1. This is a writ petition for a direction to respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in dispute.

2. We have heard counsel for petitioner and Standing counsel  for the respondents. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, file a suit for declaration and injunction. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
