1. This is a writ petition for a direction to respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner as per agreement adopted between the parties.

2. We have heard counsel for petitioner and Standing counsel  for the respondents. The land of the petitioner has been transferred in pursuance of the sale-deed executed between them. In case it is not in accordance with the agreement or there is any defect the petitioner may, if he so advised, file suit. The writ petition is not maintainable. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
