1. Delay  is condoned. The appeal is heard on merit.

2. Sri Sundar Pal was aged about 14 years. He met with an accident on 8.11.2001 and succumbed to his injury. His parents filed a claim petition. This was partly allowed on 28.5.2003 for Rs.1,52,000/-

3. We have heard counsel for appellant. The deceased was aged about 14 years. The court below as awarded a sum of 1,52,000/-. It is an reasonable amount. There is no justification to interfere. The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
