1. This is a writ petitioner a direction to respondent to release the land of the petitioner.
2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner, standing counsel and Sri BN Rai, for respondents.
3. The petitioner has annexed notice under section 3A of the National Highway Act. He has also annexed notice under section 3G of the same. Notice under section 3G has been published. It shows that notification has already been issued under section 3D. A copy of this notice has not been annexed alongwith the writ petition. No relief can be granted. The petitioner, if he is so advised, may challenge the notification under section 3D. He may also approach the appropriate authority for compensation. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
