Upon hearing the parties and upon going through the inquiry we are of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission. As regards consideration of representation in view of recommendation being letter no. G210/1166/61-85 dated 17.8.1985 will be made within a period of one month from the date of this order by giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purpose of effective adjudication, copy of the writ petition along with annexures will be treated as part and parcel of such representation. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order is passed as to costs.
