1. This is a writ petition against the citation issued by respondents for the recovery.

2. We have heard counsel for petitioner,  the Standing counsel  and Sri Ram Gopal Tripathi counsel for respondents.  The respondents have also filed a counter affidavit in which they have annexed copy of agreement. In this agreement there is clause of arbitration. The petitioner  may if  so advised, raise  the dispute before the arbitrator. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
