Lal Singh Rakesh v. U.P. Power Corp. Ltd. And Others Thru' Chairman - WRIT - A No. 48370 of 2005 RD-AH 1617 (12 July 2005)
Civil Misc. W.P. No. 48370 of 2005
Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli J.
Hon'ble G.P. Srivastva, J.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.D. Khare for the respondents.
The petitioner has been transferred from Varanasi to Gorakhpur in the annual chain. He is resisting his transfer order on the ground that his wife had both her kidneys transplanted, one in 1994 and the other in year 2000 and she is under medical supervision of one Dr. A.K. Gupta of Allahabad.
Dr. A.K. Gupta is not a Nephrologist and has nothing to do with the kidneys. Therefore, it is not understandable how and why the lady is being kept under medical supervision of Dr. A.K. Gupta of Allahabad. There is no dearth of medical speciality at Gorakhpur, which has a medical college also.
We are not inclined to interfere in this matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
