D.S. Verma v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 48814 of 2005 RD-AH 1641 (14 July 2005)
Civil Misc. W.P. No. 48814 of 2005
Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli J.
Hon'ble G.P. Srivastva, J.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.D. Khare, appearing for the respondent.
Every single transfer made by the respondent in the year 2005 is to be scrutinized and given prior approval by a Committee constituted by the Supreme Court and the Committee is to submit its report with its observations to the Supreme Court, under the Supreme Court's directions.
This means that every single transfer is to be monitored by the Committee and the Committee itself is being monitored by the Supreme Court.
In the circumstances we do not see how the High Court can intervene in these matters. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
