|
Civil Misc. W.P. No. 49305 of 2005
Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli J.
Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.
The petitioners appeared without protest at the written test for promotion of clerk/cashier to the post of Officers, J.M.G.S.-I and after being unsuccessful at the written test, they are turning around and questioning the selection criteria and process by filing this writ petition. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant an interim order staying the selection process or staying the appointments on the basis of the said selection. However, because there are some averments in the writ petition about the correctness of the selection, therefore, we require the respondents to file a counter affidavit, which may be filed within one month.
In the meantime, any selection and promotions made will remain subject to the result of the writ petition.
