During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to getting his representation regarding the post-retirement dues to be decided by the respondent No. 2.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has retired on 31st March 2005 and that his daughter's marriage is due soon, we require the respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation of the petitioner enclosed as Annexure-14 to this writ petition and pass appropriate orders and issue appropriate directions thereon within two months of the date on which certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation is presented before the Director.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
