The  delay in filing the appeal has already been condoned vide order dated 22.7.2004 subject to payment of   Rs. 2000/- as  cost. There has been some delay in filing  Rs.2000/- as cost.

The delay  in filing  the cost is condoned.

Issue notice by Registered Post to the respondents who are not represented through counsel.

Till further orders of the court  the  operation of the impugned  judgment and  decree dated 16.12.2000 shall remain stayed  provided the appellants deposit  1/4th of  enhanced amount  within three months from today. The claimant respondents  will  be entitled to lift the above amount without any security.
