This is a writ petition for direction to the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for the land acquired.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for the respondents and Sri Vimal Prasad for one Kamla Prasad Misra, who has filed application for impleadment.
In the circumstances of the case, the parties may file representations before the respondent no. 3 for awarding compensation. In case the representations are filed, the same may be decided by the said respondent by a reasoned order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The parties will file a certified copy of this order; necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope along with the representation. The concerned authority after taking decision will communicate the same to the parties.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
