Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that she is not getting family pension in terms of the Government Order dated 13.06.2000, but lesser amount.
Upon hearing learned Counsel for the parties we are of the view that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to appropriate authority to consider and pass reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing within one month from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly such order is passed herein. For the purpose of effective adjudication copy of the writ petition along with its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
However, no order is passed as to costs.
