Mohd. Sagir v. State of U.P. and others - WRIT - C No. 58123 of 2005 [2005] RD-AH 2295 (2 September 2005)
|
Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J.
Hon'ble R.K.Rastogi,J.
This is a writ petition against recovery of loan.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel and Sri A.N. Shukla for the respondents.
According to the petitioner he has already given entire loan to Amin, but he has not deposited the same. The petitioner in this regard has also filed a representation dated 13.8.2005 before respondent no.4 and as it has not been decided, he has filed the present writ petition.
In the circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation dated 13.8.2005 may be decided by the respondent no. 4 by a reasoned order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of his aforesaid application, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned authority after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
