Heard and also perused the materials on the record.

This petition has been brought for quashing the written report registered at Case Crime No. 285 of 2005, under sections 2 / 3 of the U. P. Gangsters and Anti social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Jalaun, district Jalaun. Small amount is said to have been recovered from the place where the petitioner is said to have been engaged in gambling.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case the arrest of the petitioners in the above noted case crime is stayed for a period of four weeks. In the mean time the petitioners shall surrender before the court below where their bail shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
