The petitioner alleges that he has moved an application dated 18.7.2005 before the respondent no.2 praying for allotment of Kiosk to carry on his business of photographic goods etc. by way of rehabilitation in accordance with the direction issued by the Supreme Court. The application is still pending.
Considering the facts that the petitioner is petty business man and that the question of livelihood is involved the matter should get early consideration by the respondent no.2. Further it is also correct that the respondent no. 2 will require to verify the requirement of the petitioner by a report from the respondent 3. Therefore, considering the convenience of both the sides we direct the respondent no.2 to consider the prayer of the petitioner within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with copy of the application dated 18.7.2005 along with copy of the order of Supreme Court which was relied upon, are submitted before the respondent no.2.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
