Petitioner's application for grant to temporary injunction is pending since 18th September, 2004.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the order sheet which has been filed as Annexure 3 to the writ petition.

Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case we do not propose to issue notice to the respondents and dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Machhalishahr, Jaunpur to decide the said application in accordance with law at the earliest possible preferably within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
