The petitioners have applied for registration as 'Vaidya' in the register of Hakims And Vaidyas practising in Uttar Pradesh maintained under section 25 of the U.P. Indian Medicines Act, 1939. According to the petitioners, those applications are still pending before the respondent No. 3.
If the applications of the petitioners or any of the petitioners have not been disposed of, the respondent No. 3 will pass appropriate reasoned orders on such pending applications within six weeks of the date on which certified copy of this order along with full particulars of the application of each of the petitioners is submitted before the respondent No. 3 so as to enable him to trace out the pending applications for passing the orders.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
